House Rules

11B is situated in the Point Bastille residential apartment block.
No loud noise or music will be permitted.
The apartment accommodates strictly 6 guests maximum at any given time. In the event of an uncontrolled, loud gathering exceeding 6 guests the hosts reserve the right to cancel the existing reservation with immediate effect as per rules of the Body Corporate.
No smoking of any kind is allowed indoors.
Music after 10pm is prohobited.
Hosting of birthdays, dinners, parties, recordings, or large groups of people are not allowed.
No hanging of clothes on balconies.
Excess sand from the beach to be rinsed off at the showers provided at the beach as it causes blockage in the apartment’s plumbing system.
