Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

No smoking is permitted inside the houses or the garage.

No pets are allowed.

Noise must be kept to a minimum after 20:00, and no music is allowed outside at any time.

Parties are strictly prohibited. More than two cars per villa will be considered a party unless prior arrangements have been made.

If any complaints are received from neighbors, management reserves the right to evict guests without notice or refund for breach of contract, as an agreement is signed before or at check-in.

A breakage deposit is required. If damages exceed the deposit, guests will be responsible for the difference, and an invoice will be sent.

If the villa is not returned in the same condition it was received, an excessive cleaning fee will be deducted from the breakage deposit.
