House Rules

No smoking is allowed in the house.
Guests must please lock doors, close windows and activate alarm when leaving the premises.
Do not sit on any furniture with wet bathing suits.
If you break anything please inform us immediately.
Please always place refuse/garbage in bins provided and not in bags on the ground.
Please keep noise level to a minimum in respect of your neighbours.
Strictly no loud noise or music between 22:00 and 10:00.
Do not move furniture around the house or take furniture outside.
Only make fires in the fireplaces provided.
On departure please ensure the house is generally tidy and securely locked.
Daily housekeeping is available at an additional fee, this can be pre-arranged on booking.
Guests need to bring their own beach towels.
Pets are allowed with prior arrangements.
