Pleasant stay. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. The apartment was well equipped, neat and clean. More cleaning products would be appreciated. Maybe you can think of changing the WiFi limit, as it only lasted half a day.

It was a nice stay with a spectacular view of the beach. We had a nice stay in Hermanus. It was refreshing and a well-deserved break.

Unpleasant about the place not being tidy. My chosen communication was WhatsApp, which means I didn't get the email over the WiFi and TV. I had to call and get the information 3 days after I had already stayed there. So I paid for something I didn't get. The en-suite bathroom's toilet stinks and the other toilet's water comes up to the top. The crockery and cutlery were dirty stored in cupboards, the sofas are dirty and wet. The bedding was not clean. One bedroom's bedding was burned with a cigarette.
