Extra Fees

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R730 cleaning fee per booking.

Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

The breakage deposit will be refunded after inspection, should there be no breakages or damages to the property.
The balance must be paid in full 1 week before arrival.

Guests will also be sent a separate booking contract to read through and complete, which must be sent back to the agent.
No arrivals are accepted on Christmas Day, Day of Goodwill or the 1st of January.
No cleaning is done during the stay.
No student bookings or parties/events are permitted.
Smoking/vaping is not permitted in the unit.
No pets of any kind are allowed.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
No parties or overcrowing, you will immediately forfeit your entire booking amount and breakage deposit and be kicked off of the property.
Quiet hours are between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m. Please be mindful of your surroundings (i.e. no loud music or TVs, no screaming children.)
