Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R4000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests should take note of their noise levels at all times - no loud music or noise.
Between the hours of 22h00 and 07h00, noise must be reduced to a level only audible in your unit.
No pets allowed.
No smoking is allowed inside the apartment.
No parties, functions, or matric rage bookings will be accepted.
Please bring your own beach towels and umbrellas.
An extra cleaning service and linen change can be provided on request and at an additional cost to the guest.
Guests staying longer than 7 days will receive a complimentary clean with linen swop.
After checking in, inventory needs to be checked and reported back, issues should be reported before 12h00 the next day. If any items are broken or lost after checkout, a replacement will come off the breakage deposit.
Any breakage or shortage of cutlery and crockery will necessitate the replacement of a complete set of 6. This will be taken from the breakage deposit. Guests are welcome to take the remaining items of the set.
