Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Children aged between 0 and 18 pay 100% of the sliding scale rate.
Only the permitted number of 4 people, children included, are allowed on the
property. If the capacity is exceeded, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
Unfortunately, no Matric Rage, student bookings, or booking where the persons are under the of 25 will be allowed.
The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays
22 Bronze Bay is a non-smoking apartment, and smoking is only permitted on the patio.
No parties or large gatherings are permitted by The Body Corporate of The Bronze Bay, and this ruling will be strictly enforced.
Guests please need to bring their own beach towels.
22 Bronze Bay is accessed by four flights of stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
The complex does not have a swimming pool or braai facilities.
Pets cannot be accommodated.
