Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A cleaning fee is charged.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
Please keep noise to a minimum.
No loud music to be played between 10 pm and 8 am.
Note that this is a wooden floor so please clean any spilled water or liquids as soon as possible. If any water leaks are found, owners must be informed as soon as possible.
A breakage deposit is required and will be refundable within 7 days if there is no damage.
Any damage must be reported to the hosts. Replacement or repair costs will be determined and sent to the guest for payment.
