House Rules

Guests are requested to inform the property in advance if they require an early check-in or late check-out.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

Pets are not allowed on the property unless prior arrangements have been made.

Guests must respect the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or noise that may disturb the neighbors or other guests is permitted.

Guests are expected to keep the house clean and tidy during their stay and report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.

No unregistered guests are allowed on the property. Parties or events are not permitted without prior approval.

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen but must clean up after use and return items to their original places. Trash should be disposed of in the designated bins.

Guests are reminded to turn off lights, fans, and electrical appliances when not in use. Doors and windows should be closed when the heating or air conditioning is on.

All doors and windows must be locked when leaving the property. Guests should not share the access code or key with anyone who is not part of their booking.

Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damages or losses will be the responsibility of the guest.

Guests are requested not to take the bath towels to the beach.
