House Rules
Please note that Fleur Park is a private holiday resort with many permanent residents. Non-compliance with these rules may lead to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments.
Parties are not allowed.
The speed limit is 15 km/h.
Caravans, tents, portable pools, motorbikes, and quad bikes are prohibited.
Buses and large boats are not allowed.
Unarranged day visitors are not allowed.
Municipal rules apply within the resort.
No alcohol consumption on streets, lawns, or the beach.
Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.
Loud music, noise, alcohol abuse, and drug use are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 09:00.
Use designated access roads to the beach.
Fires are allowed only in designated braai areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Only 2 vehicles per chalet; park in designated areas without blocking others. No driving on lawns.
Avoid leaving shells, stones, gravel, or bones on the grass.
No ball games are allowed between houses or near parked cars.
