Smoking is not allowed within the house.
Housekeeper tip recommended, no private housekeeper or chef is allowed.
Strictly no party groups such as matric rage, bachelor or bachelorette parties, or large New Year parties.
Please always respect the family home, its contents, and staff. Family personal items will be left in the house for you to enjoy.
There is a breakage fee of 1 night for any damages, this will be refunded after checkout.
Respect estate rules which will be given to you on booking confirmation.
A golf cart is available at a daily rate.
