House Rules
Guests will be staying in a private apartment and are kindly requested to treat it with care and respect.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Pets are not allowed, and guests must observe quiet hours between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM. Parties, events, and commercial photography are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Guests are asked to avoid creating loud noise, laughter, or shouting to maintain a peaceful environment. Respect for other occupants is expected at all times.
Parking is limited to the allocated bays, and guests should ensure that all electrical appliances and lights are switched off when not in use.
The apartment should be left in the same condition as it was found. Windows and doors must be closed when using the braai facilities. Upon departure, guests must ensure the key is securely placed in the lockbox.
The pool, balcony, and other areas of the property are used at the guest’s own risk. Children under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
