Please treat the unit with care and respect.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
No parties or events are allowed.
No commercial photography.
No smoking inside the unit.
Guests need to respect the other occupants and people in the building. This includes being mindful of noise levels, and shared spaces, and maintaining a considerate attitude toward others.
No parking on any other parking bays than the ones you have been allocated.
No pets allowed.
No late checkout or early check-ins are possible.
Complimentary cleaning is only done if you stay 8 days or longer - cleaning will then be done on day 5.
Cleaning can be arranged 1 day prior and will be confirmed after receiving the proof of payment for R700.
