Guests are required to provide the host with the full names and ID numbers of all individuals staying.
A courtesy cleaning service is provided from Tuesday to Saturday upon request.
Linen and towels are changed after 3 nights.
The maximum occupancy of the apartment may not be breached.

The complex observes quiet hours between 22:00 and 05:00.
The building has a curfew between 22:00 and 06:00.
No smoking is allowed indoors.
The use of the apartment is strictly for vacation purposes.
Corporate guests are prohibited from promoting their business on the premises.
The apartment may not be used for any illegal trade or activities.
No alcohol consumption is allowed in any common areas of the building or premises.
Vehicles parked in the incorrect parking bays will be clamped with a removal fee.
Guests are required to follow the rules of the complex, and failure to adhere to these rules may result in eviction or a fine issued by the body corporate.
