House Rules

Pets are not allowed inside the apartment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
Any parties or private functions are strictly not allowed. If any noise complaints are received from the Flamingo Park complex supervisor, guests will be asked to vacate the property with immediate effect and without a refund.
Day visitors are not allowed without prior arrangements.
Towels are provided, but guests are asked to please bring their own swimming towels for the swimming pool and beach.
There is no DSTV but there is Google Chromecast
