Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

1. No noise after 22:00 pm.
2. No parties for large groups of guests.
3. No smoking inside the wooden house.
4. Broken items will be replaced or paid for.
5. Please do not use the Nouvelle pots on the fire. There are black pots for the fire.
6. The use of the stairs to the upper part is at your own risk and children must be supervised at all times.
7. The accommodation uses septic tanks, please use the bins provided.
8. No Jet Skis are allowed.
9. The area is in the woods, be careful of snakes and spiders.
10. Guests are not allowed on other owners' property. This includes boats etc.
11. Staff clean the braai area on weekdays in the mornings, but not on weekends.
12. Guests are responsible for damage to the house or any items in the house.
13. Guests must keep to the speed limit.
