Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- No parties.
- No pets.
- No smoking.
- Copies of passport or other forms of identification must be provided for each guest 48 hours before check-in.
- Parking bays in the gated complex. Please use the assigned visitor parking only. Fines are applicable if residents park in other owner's reserved bays.
- This is a security complex so all residents are expected to keep the security gates closed at all times.
- For insurance purposes, the windows and doors of the unit must be closed, and the alarm must be set when not occupied.
- No filming at the property.
Cleaning:
There is a cleaning and laundry charge at the end of the stay of this booking. Additional cleaning if required can be arranged during your stay.
Please be aware that stains from the combination of make-up and the like can be permanent and cannot be removed, even with professional dry cleaning. In this case, the item will need to be replaced and will be charged for it.
Check-in and check-out:
Please observe the times of check-in and check-out. Host reserves the right to charge for out-of-hours check-in/check-out times or simply not accommodate unless prior arrangements are made and agreed with the host before confirmation of booking.
Exessive use charges:
Please do not leave the air conditioners on. This uses an extraordinary amount of electricity. The host reserves the right to charge for excessive use of electricity.
Security cameras:
Please note that there are cameras recording the entrance to the apartment at all times.
