6 guests maximum. No outside guests in the form of visitors at any time are allowed.

No music systems are allowed.

Noise levels are to be at a minimum at all times.

Smoking in any form (vape or hubbly included) inside the house is strictly prohibited.

We will require the ID of the guest making the booking.

The guesthouse should be kept in reasonable living order at all times.

The guesthouse is not a party venue. Usage should therefore not be intended as such.

Check-out time is 11:00 on the day of check-out.

There is a security camera indoors in the lounge.
