Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A refundable breakage deposit is charged per booking made.
The breakage deposit will be refunded after inspection, should there be no breakages or damages to the property.
The balance must be paid in full 1 week before arrival.
Guests will also be sent a separate booking contract to read through and complete, which must be sent back to the agent.
No arrivals are accepted on Christmas Day, Day of Goodwill, or the 1st of January.
Cleaning is not done during the occupation.
No student bookings or parties and events are permitted.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the unit.
No pets of any kind are allowed.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
No parties or overcrowding is allowed, you will immediately forfeit your entire booking amount and breakage deposit, and be removed from the property.
Quiet hours at all properties between 21:00 to 08:00., please be mindful of your surroundings, no loud music or TVs, and no screaming children.
