House Rules

The apartment uses prepaid electricity. Guests are responsible for electricity consumption during their stay. For convenience, units of electricity will be loaded onto the meter box before arrival. Guests are required to top up any additional usage themselves.

At any given time, no more than 2 guests are allowed to stay in the apartment. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. No parties are permitted in the apartment. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Bath towels should not be used as swimming towels.

Ensure that all windows and doors are closed when not in the apartment. The beach is known for sudden strong winds that can cause damage. No noise or loud music is allowed. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM. Please avoid wet feet in the elevators.

Do not hang laundry or towels over balcony railings. Please do not throw any food, cigarettes, or items over the balcony railing. No barbecue or gas fires are allowed on balconies.
