Facilities in process of neglect. Rooms cold and clinical, no complimentary coffee/tea, towels in bathrooms look wrinkled and pre-used. The advertised Jacuzzi is non-functional. Greased oven pan offered as meat tray after braai. E-mail inquiry to the institution 4 days before our arrival only answered on the day of arrival at 1030.
