Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
If serious damage is done to the property and any of its' contents, the guests will be responsible for the repair of the damage or replacement of the broken item. Excess mess will be charged for and deducted from the deposit. The house should be left as it was found, clean and tidy.
Music is not allowed at all and loud noise could result in complaints to security. The estate has a “quiet time” between 21:00-08:00. The estate is not the place for parties as sound carries a long way in the bush.
