House Rules

No family pets are allowed
No smoking permitted inside the establishment.
No excess noise is permitted at any properties.
Guests will be held liable for any damages or breakages during their stay.
The accommodation cannot be held liable in the event of personal injury or damage /theft of personal property occurring during their stay. The use of the facilities are at the guests own risk and we will not be held responsible for any accidents relating to the use of these facilities.
Guests will incur a penalty if the number of guests staying in the property exceeds the number of guests paid for as stated on the confirmation form.
The property must be left in the same condition it was found. All crockery and cutlery must be washed and rubbish placed in the bin.
Should the house be left in a mess an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
Please bring your own bath/swimming towels, toiletries (including toilet paper), cleaning materials, bin bags, charcoal, wood, and a DStv decoder smart card.
