The Flatlet can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child under 10 years old, and is not suitable for 3 adults.
Housetrained pets are permitted at the Flatlet by prior arrangement.
The Main House and the Flatlet have shared use of the swimming pool and the garden.
No smoking permitted inside.
