House Rules

Adhere to rules and regulations of the complex.
No loud music.
No partying.
Only maximum number of 4 guests will be allowed unless previously arranged waiver by the host was permitted.
Please bring own towels for bath and swimming.
No smoking in the unit.
Any breach of these house rules deems to be a breach of contract and guests can be asked to leave the unit.
The breakage deposit for matriculation during 29 November until 10 December amounts to R5000.
The property doesn't have a washing machine.
