House Rules

The unit exclusively sleeps 6 guests at a time. Note that any child over 12-months old is considered a person. No day-visitors are allowed without it being arranged with the owner.
No pets are allowed.
Please note that the unit is located in a residential complex and not in a holiday resort. Guests must follow the complex's rules regarding parties, noise and the amount of guests. If guests do not follow these rules they will be forced to evacuate without notice.
