Breakage Deposit

House Rules

The refundable breakage deposit is payable a week before arrival via EFT directly to the hosts. This will be refunded within 3 working days after check-out and if all is well after inspection.
Pets are strictly not allowed inside the apartment or complex.
A daily cleaning service is available at an additional cost and needs to be arranged beforehand with the hosts.
