Breakage Deposit

- The breakage deposit will be refunded after inspection, should there be no breakages or damages to the property.
- The balance must be paid in full 1 week before arrival.

- Guests will also be sent a separate booking contract to read through and complete, which must be sent back to the agent.
- No arrivals accepted on Christmas Day or Day of Goodwill or the 01st January.
- No cleaning is done during the occupation.
- No student bookings or parties/events permitted.
- Smoking/vaping is not permitted in the unit.
- No pets of any kind are allowed.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- No parties or overcrowding are allowed.
- Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am.
