Price Includes

The Loft - Self Catering: Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
Includes clean bedding and towels, and full service after every 3 night of occupation, excluding dishes.
The Studio - Self Catering: Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
Includes clean bedding and towels, and full service after every 3 nights of occupation.
The Annex - Double Room, Not Self-Catering: Rates displayed are on a room only basis.

Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R150 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Guests must bring their own beach and swimming towels.
A breakage deposit of R 150.00 per unit and a R150 last day cleaning fee.
If staying longer than 4 days a R 300.00 cleaning fee will be requested as we do express cleaning after every 3rd night of stay when we change bedding, towels and clean the unit, BUT NOT DOING DISHES. R50 additional for every time we must do dishes is required. The breakage deposit will be paid back to the guest within 7 days after departure via EFT. Fees are to be paid directly to the establishment 7 days prior to arrival.
Please note that The Loft Apartment is not suitable for 3 adults as the bath and the toilet is in a dome-room upstairs.
