Fynbos is a 32-square metre ground-floor apartment that can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children up to the age of 12-years old. The apartment comprises 1 en-suite bedroom and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is fitted with a gas cooker, a bar fridge, and a microwave. The living room contains an LCD TV with Netflix and a sound bar, and a sleeper couch that can accommodate 2 children under the age of 12. The apartment opens to its own outdoor patio area. Fynbos can be rented out together with the Ocean View Penthouse and Sand Dune units, exclusively for 1 group of up to 10 adults and 4 children.

The Ocean View Penthouse is an upmarket 160-square metre penthouse that can accommodate 4 adults and contains 2 en-suite bedrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Each bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a ceiling fan, and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. Both bedrooms have outside balconies with fantastic views of the whole area. The large kitchen is fitted with a gas cooker, dishwasher, wine fridge, coffee machine among other great perks. The living area contains an LCD TV with Netflix and a sound bar, and an indoor braai fireplace. There are 2 wooden decks; the main one with views of the ocean and mountains and a smaller breakfast deck looking out over the garden and pool. The Ocean View Penthouse can be rented out together with the Sand Dune and Fynbos units, exclusively for 1 group of up to 10 adults and 4 children.
