The complex has strict rules regarding noise levels and for this reason, no loud noises or parties are allowed between 22:00 until 06:00.

Please note that the apartment is accessed via a staircase.

Londiani Body Corporate rules do not allow any pets on the premises.

The host provides bath towels. Guests are required to bring their own swimming towels and cleaning materials.

An optional cleaning service can be arranged for an additional charge.

Guests are asked to bring their own DStv decoder, smart card and HDMI cables for access to DStv.
