House Rules

Guests must please check in at the office. Directions to the apartment will be provided at the office.
Please note note that parts of the house are reached via stairs and may not be suitable for small children, the elderly or guests with disabilities.
Pets are welcome if arranged in advance.
Guests must bring their own decoder, smart card and remote control to watch DStv; Note: Explora decoders cannot be connected to this port.
Guests must bring their own bath and beach towels.
Guests must please bring their own lanterns or lights in case of load shedding.
Right of access is reserved by management.
Guests take full responsibility for any breakages, damage and loss during guests' stay.
The premises and all equipment are used at your own risk and Etna's Accommodation and/or the home owners will not be held liable for any loss or damage during the stay.
Only the number of persons for whom the reservation was made, including children, is allowed on the premises. If the capacity is exceeded, guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
No coming of age parties, matrics, and loud parties are allowed.
Guests under the age of 21 are not admitted without adult supervision.
Please note that guests must accept the terms and conditions provided by the establishment to confirm the booking.
No refunds if guests cut their stay short.
There are no supermarkets, ATMs or petrol stations in Arniston.
