House Rules

Gas cooker plates are provided in Fountain and Mountain suites for emergency cooking or for hot water for tea and coffee.

Smoking is prohibited in the suites, guests are allowed to smoke outside on the patio.

No noise is allowed before 08:00 and after 20:00.

Occupancy is only allowed as per confirmed numbers when the booking is confirmed

Ascot Gardens, nor its servants, or agents accept liability for any personal injury, luggage, loss, or damages that may be sustained by the occupants on their property, during the period of your stay at Ascot Gardens.
