Breakage Deposit

House Rules
The upstairs rooms can be booked individually, however, from the 15th of December until the 5th of January the 4 rooms are only let out as a whole with a minimum of 14 nights.
A refundable breakage deposit is payable when customers book all the units together.
Children of all ages are also welcome when people book the whole unit.
No skateboarding, roller skating or ball playing is allowed on the balconies.
Guests must please bring their own beach towels.
No smoking is allowed inside the house.
