Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis.
House Rules
The cottage is self-catering and thus own supplies to be brought by the guests.
Initial small quantities will be in the cottage as a starter, this includes toilet paper and dish washing liquid.
Coffee, tea, sugar and milk for the first night will be supplied.
No smoking inside the house.
No animals on the furniture.
No dogs in the swimming pool as the hair clogs the filter system.
Pool used at own risk.
No suitcases to be placed on white linen.
No towels to be used for makeup removal.
No rearrangement of furniture.
No steel-wool or harsh scouring material to be used on pots and pans.
Wood and charcoal can be supplied (prior request and at an extra charge).
Cost of damage to the garden will be reverted back to the guest.
Please leave the cottage in an acceptable condition.
Children pay 100% of the adult rate.
Fruit and vegetables in the garden not to be picked as it is for the owner's use.
Cleaning service available at an extra charge on request.
