House Rules

Please note the property does not allow pets.

Please be advised that we are a family-oriented establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all accommodation units and buildings throughout the property. In accordance with the law, guests may face fines for non-compliance. Should smoking occur within the accommodation units, a R1000 fee will be charged to cover the costs of deep cleaning and any potential loss of income due to the unit's temporary unavailability. Additionally, the use of “Hookah” or "Hubbly Bubbly" pipes is also not permitted anywhere on the property.

- Guests must please abide by the terms and conditions.
- Credit and debit card payments from VISA and Mastercard International are accepted.
- Please take notice that extra guests may not be accommodated in the rooms. No day visitors are allowed. ATKV resorts are family-friendly and no parties or noise are allowed after 23:00.
- ATKV members do not get discounts on third-party bookings.

Upon arrival, guests must:
- Sign the resort's indemnity form.
- Received a vehicle permit.
- Each unit has parking space for 1 vehicle. An additional charge is payable on extra vehicles.

Due to fraud on electronic bank transfers, the ATKV requires EFT payments to be made at least 2 days before the check-in date. In the event that the payments are not reflected in the resort's bank account, guests will have to pay the outstanding amount. The necessary refund will be made when the payment is correctly reflected in the resort's bank account. No keys or permits will be issued until the full bill is paid. Check payments are also not allowed.

- Check-in time is from 14:00. Check-out time is at 10:00 am for units and campsites.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors. The units are cleaned daily.
- Guests camping must bring their own power point plug. The pitches are 7 m x 7 m.
- Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Guide dogs are allowed.
- Music may not be played from vehicles or sound systems. Guests must please keep noise to a minimum and be completely quiet between 23:00 and 07:00.
- Quad bikes are not allowed.
- Only accepted swimwear is allowed.
- Please take notice that during the week in the low season, there may be conferences or school groups at the resort.
- There is a restaurant and activities available at the resort. More information is available upon arrival.
- Guests must please bring their own swimming towels, toiletries and dish soap, soap, dish towels, tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
- Please take note that we do not provide bath soap, shampoo and body lotion in the units.
