ATKV Goudini Spa delivers yet again.

It was a very pleasant stay. Nothing I could possibly complain about. With a full to capacity resort, they still managed to accommodate us and move us closer to the pools as my mother would have had trouble walking from the top of the resort. There was a water outage for most of Saturday, but we were given bottles of drinking water and toilet water. Everything else was perfect.

It was wonderful, clean even when the water was not working. ATKV provides information to everyone timelessly.

Peaceful, kids had the time of their life.

The camping was perfect, peaceful. The only thing is the pools were way too warm. Maybe ATKV Goudini Spa should make one of the pools a normal cool pool. The best time to handle that warmth of the pool is early in the morning and after 8pm.

Stay was lovely. Would be great to have WiFi as an option in the Rondawels. The door was mesh and we felt a bit exposed at night but otherwise everything was a wonderful getaway.

My stay was good, however the weather wasn't on our side, but we still enjoyed it.

The location is good. However, the fact that the luxury units are placed very far from all the amenities is the only downside. The aircon helped a lot during the cold days. The WiFi, however, could have been better as it was super weak. There is a lot of wildlife around too for people who love animals. However, I still feel like the place is overhyped and overpriced, but it's a nice place.

Dit was lekker om weg tekom, maar as jy kinders het en jy hou nie baie van die koue nat weer nie, dan sal ek dit nie aanbeveel nie. Dit is baie lekkerder om in die somer te gaan.

Our stay was great. We enjoyed all the activities and made use of the amenities. Just a pity that the best units (Slanghoek A) are very far from the actual resort and that they don't offer those carts to guests.

Nice place for kids and teenagers.

The stay was short due to accommodation cost being very expensive. We booked the ATKV Goudini Spa, and I was disappointed to find that this accommodation does not even have an oven, and it also doesn't have plastic or glass bowls to mix salads, etc. The fridge didn't make cold drinks or food cold. We had to buy ice and use our cooler box to get drinks cold. Lastly, the indoor pool needs serious upgrades. It looks old and dark in there.

Kuier was fantasties.

Bed was too small. Ek is 1. 67, my lewensmaat is 1. 71 en ons voete het by die bed afgehang.

It was beautiful as usual, ATKV Goudini Spa never disappoints. Great weather too if I may add.

Relaxing vibe with activities for young and old.

ATKV Goudini Spa is a beautiful and relaxing place. However, we did miss the cold water pools since it was extremely hot during our stay, and all the pools are heated. The game room also needs an upgrade; they only have a ton of claw machine games, pool tables, table tennis, and 2 foosball tables.

It's okay, just I requested way before to be close to pools because I had disabled people with me. We only got places at the last 2 plots, 19 & 20, challenging with 2 disabled people.

Always excited to go to ATKV Goudini Spa for relaxation and to unwind. The bungalow facilities are clean and pleasant. Some maintenance issues were not checked prior to occupancy, which was a bit of a let down.

Het heerlik gekuier. Dit is lekker dat daar 'n eetplek ook is. Die huisie word elke dag skoongemaak wat net so lekker was.

It was very relaxing like it was supposed to be, the reason we came for a holiday.

It was wonderful and relaxing. I had no problems or issues; everything was a success.

The place is nice. It would be much nicer if customer service from the gate, reception, and shops would accommodate non-Afrikaans speakers instead of assuming that everyone understands Afrikaans. At the gate, they blatantly refuse to speak English and would rather have you cancel your booking than serve the customer in their preferred language, which is English in our case.

Awesome stay even extended our visit by 2 extra days.

It is safe for teenagers and younger ones to walk on their own in the resort. Staff very friendly. Clean and safe with a family environment.

Our stay was comfortable. We had lots of rain but were able to enjoy our holiday. A well-deserving break away.

Teleurgesteld.

Ek gaan kamp gereeld by ATKV Goudini Spa. Dit is 'n veilige en rustige gebied met baie vermaak vir die kinders, veral gedurende vakansietye. Met my laaste kamp het ons personeel by die verblyf gevra om die bespreking na 'n ander datum te skuif ( 'n week voor ons in kloktyd) a.g.v. familieverpligtinge. Ons was egter gesê dat ons nie die datum kan skuif nie en dat dit onder die kansellasiebeleid val. Ons was egter baie teleurgesteld en het ons deposito ook daarmee verloor. Hierdie kansellasie was buite ons beheer, en ek sal baie graag wou hê dat die verblyf ons meer moes akkommodeer het in so 'n geval.

Great facilities for the whole family. I was amazed at the shop, which has almost everything you need. The downside was that no music/radio was allowed at all hours, and the ablution facilities were not kept clean, as well as having broken taps in the showers, etc. Additionally, there was a leak in the bath area for 2 days that I can't confirm was fixed.

Won't easily go back there again. Might try in winter to enjoy the hot pools.

It was okay. There are only hot pools, which was unpleasant for the kids, and they did not swim. Then when it cooled and they went to swim in the evening, the pools closed at 23:00, so they hardly swam, which was disappointing for the kids as it was extremely hot. Eventually, we bought board games and they entertained themselves indoors, which defeated the purpose of going away. The game room was okay according to them, and the shop had everything we required, so no issues there. Also, there was a snake in the indoor pool on the Friday night.

Stay was good. Unit had no WiFi and resort had no cold pools.

Reception staff was a let down - not very helpful upon arrival. Accommodation is small but modern - 1 bed only with a couch as a second sleeper. Beautifully located and clean.

Unpleasant

Our stay was a little unpleasant, as the chalet we booked initially was not very private, besides that the condition of the chalet was extremely disappointing as these are luxury units. We then informed the reception and Viya the very next day that we were not happy with the chalet that we booked. Unfortunately the reception ladies at Goudini Spa were not very accommodating and ended up telling us that we could not be moved again if we were not happy. The extractor fan was broken, and the tiles on the kitchen floor were chipped. The TV was small. Unfortunately, even the pool area was always full so we hardly spent time in there. Also, there were only cold water pools the other pools were all warm water pools and Goudini did not even adjust the temp to cold as it was summer time. Also there is nothing else to do in the area. So you are only basically in your chalet the entire day. Also we had no WiFi connection.

Teleurstellend.

Nee, die muurteëls en vloer se hoeke van ons rondawel se badkamer was so vuil; asook die onderdakse warmwaterswembad se plavei was absoluut drekkig. Die "restaurant" was 'n groot teleurstelling, met net 1 persoon wat alles moes doen (kelner, kassier, chef) en totaal oorweldig. Ons het toe by "Halaal" kiosk iets te ete probeer kry, maar daar ook 'n bloutjie geloop. Moes maar blikkieskos uit die winkel koop vir ete.

The stay was fine, but there were lots of noises from the trucks pumping every morning. People were talking loudly.

Never again. Worst customer service.

We had no water from booking in. No water was given to us. Reception was not available. Contact numbers provided take you to a secure call centre stationed in Worcester and are unable to provide any feedback. Also, the TV was not working, but it was fixed. Security informed us that they had been struggling with water issues for some time now. Despite this, they still didn't care to provide us with water or to inform us beforehand. No apologies!

Find another place to stay.

It is definitely not worth the money we paid for it. The unit was falling apart, our rooms flooded endless problems and staff not eager to assist.

Fantastic, peaceful and relaxing.

We booked the villa for 6 people, two adults and 4 children. The newly renovated villas are so beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay, swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools.

Soos altyd was ons besoek aan Goudini Spa heerlik. Ons het in 'n Slanghoek huisie gebly en dit was salig. Die omgewing was rustig en die huisie self goed toegerus en meer as ruim genoeg. Die ATKV versorg duidelik hul geriewe en alle aktiwiteite waaraan ons deelgeneem het, was baie genotvol. Die enigste ding wat effens geknor het was die parkering by die boonste huise. 6 Volwassenes sal nie sommer in een kar pas nie en nie al die mense rondom ons het dit goedgedink om een van hulle voertuie bo by die konferensiesentrum te parkeer nie. Miskien kan die sekuriteit dit vir mense uitwys in die toekoms om almal se lewens te vergemaklik?

Wonderful exciting adventure.

We enjoyed ourselves tremendously camping in tents. We enjoyed swimming in the different heated pools. The plots were so spacious that the kids had the freedom to run around. They enjoyed the parking area. The place was peaceful and safe.
