House Rules
Balcony Manor does not have a Liquor License so guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages onto the premises at no extra cost.

Breakfast is served between 06.30 and 09:00 unless otherwise pre-arranged.
Guests with special dietary restrictions should please advise the manager at least 24 hours in advance so that a suitable meal can be arranged with the chef.
Meals for children age 0 - 4 can also be specially catered for on request and with 24-hours advance notice.
Guests rooms are serviced daily between the hours of 10:00 and 12:00 unless a guest specifies that their room should be left unmade.
Guests have full use of the lounge, dining room, garden and swimming pool.
