House Rules

Code of Conduct and General Rules:

- The uncovered swimming pool is available to guests at your own risk and only recognised swimwear is allowed. No glass will be allowed near the pool.
- Excessive drinking and the use of intoxicating drugs will not be tolerated.
- Charcoal braais are permitted. Should you wish to light a wood fire please ask your host,
- The borehole water on the premises is drinkable.
- Feel free to roam the garden and enjoy the birdlife.
- Please report any damages or breakages to management.
- Please use water sparingly.
- Please contact your host in any emergency.
- Only guests that are booked in are permitted on the property.
- No loud noise and music will be allowed. No loud music or rowdiness will be tolerated. Guests not respecting the rules regarding noise levels will be requested to leave the premises, without any refund, on prepaid accommodation.
- The speed limit within the premises is 25km/h.
- No smoking permitted in the units – please use outdoor ashtrays.
- No pets allowed.
- We use a septic tank system so please use toilet paper only. Dispose of sanitary towels in dustbins.
- Check-in – 14h00. Check-out – 10h00. No late checkouts will be permitted. Late check-in’s to be confirmed with host.
- Please leave keys on the kitchen counter when checking out.
- Should staff need to enter your chalet for any reason including daily housekeeping you will be required to vacate your chalet.
- Please note that fireworks are banned at all times.
