Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. If you do not clean up after your pet, this will result in a penalty fee.
Please do not throw any foreign objects, sanitary pads or disposable nappies into the toilet.
All holiday homes have some form of septic tank.
No noise after 22:00 during the week and 23:00 over weekends. Please keep the volume of car sound systems at a reasonably low level.
No braais or fires may be used indoors, on enclosed verandahs, balconies or wooden decks.
Please only use the specially designated braai areas and please make sure all doors and windows are closed to prevent the braai smoke from entering the house.
No fireworks are allowed on the premises.
No furniture or utensils may be removed from the premises. Please don't move the furniture around.
Please leave the premises as you found them. Rinse sea sand off before entering the house.
The kitchen is to be left clean and tidy, all dishes should be washed and put away. A fee will be charged if any dirty dishes are left.
On departure please ensure that the burglar alarm is set and that all windows and doors are locked.
Please note that we are not responsible for the service delivery from the local municipality.
We trust you to take care of all items in the house, please inform us of any breakages or damage so that we can establish a replacement cost.
Strictly no smoking in the units.
Bring your own bath and swimming towels.
