Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

- No smoking allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- No loud noise or music.
- No open fires are allowed, other than in the designated communal braai area.
- In case of the rare event that the gas bottle is empty, please contact the caretaker.
- Kindly close the garbage bags properly before placing them in the black bins located in the parking lot.
- Please park on the allocated parking bays provided.
- When entering or leaving the complex, please make sure the main gate closes behind you.
