House Rules

No functions or parties may be held in the houses or units.
Bayview Loghome can accommodate 8 guests.
Guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
To access DStv or Showmax, guests please need to use their own username and password.
Please note, only charcoal may be used in the braai facilities, due to Blue Horizon Bay being in a conservancy; wood fires are not allowed.
Small dogs are welcome with prior arrangement.
Sections of the Bayview Loghome are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
No smoking is allowed in the house.
No loud music/parties or excessive noise which will be an annoyance to the neighbours.
No noise after 23h00 (11 O’ clock at night).
No additional guests will be allowed to sleep over in the house.
Should these rules not be adhered to, the security deposit will not be refunded.
