House Rules

No more than 6 guests are allowed to stay in this unit, children included.
No pets allowed.
Guests may only smoke on the balcony or outside the building. Smokers are asked to keep the balcony door closed when they are smoking. The same counts for when guests braai on the balcony. Only briquettes and charcoal can be used in the Weber braai. No wood fired are allowed on the balcony.
The volume of music, the TV or guests' conversations have to remain at an acceptable level, taking other residents into consideration.
Since this is a residential building, guests need to be quiet in the corridors, especially between 22:00 and 06:00.
No dirty dishes are to be left on check-out. There is a dishwasher.
No waste is to be left on the floors or under the beds. Refuse bags are provided and need to be placed in the bin next to the glass door on a regular basis.
Wet or clammy towels need to be hung on the pegs at the doors or in the corridor when guests leave. Due to high humidity, please don't leave them in the clothes basket or in the bath.
To avoid food stains on white linen in the bedrooms, please only enjoy your meals in the living room.
