Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
Please note that this property is not suitable for pets.
No functions or parties are allowed.
No smoking is allowed in the house.
No loud music/parties or excessive noise which will be an annoyance to the neighbours.
No noise after 23:00.
No additional guests will be allowed to sleep over in the house.
Should these rules not be adhered to, the security deposit will not be refunded.
