Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
When you accept the quote, guests agree to complete and return a personal information document along with a copy of your ID document
Please ensure that the correct number of guests are listed on the booking form, as these will be the only persons authorized to use the house and its facilities.
Please respect the neighbours. No loud music, excessive noise or parties are allowed. Day visitors are not allowed. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction with no refund, including forfeiture of breakage deposit
The following may affect the refund of your breakage deposit:
The owners reserve the right to use the breakage deposit towards cleaning, repair, or replacement costs if the property has been left dirty, if items are missing, damaged, or if extraordinary cleaning of the property, linen or furniture is required.
Please wash and put away the dirty dishes before departure, as unwashed dishes will incur an additional fee.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the houses. If the owners detect any signs or smells of smoke, the deposit will not be refunded.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days, minus any deductions. If the deposit is insufficient, the guest is responsible for covering additional costs.
Please pack the following must-have items: towels (bath and beach), dishcloths, wood, food, toiletries, cleaning supplies, extra toilet paper and extra black bags.
The owner of the property and the property manager accept no responsibility or liability for any injuries, loss, damage, theft or death, to any person and/or, to his/her property or any items forgotten or left in the house.
