Description
Beach Studio is a lovely garden unit with a private entrance located on the ground floor of the owners' triplex in a secure building on the beachfront in Umhlanga Rocks. There are stairs leading into the unit.
This air-conditioned unit can accommodate up to 2 guests. It features an open-plan sleeping area furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and wash basin. Linen and towels are provided.
The unit is well-appointed with a microwave, kettle, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a fridge-freezer and kitchen sink. For entertainment, there is a TV with Netflix, Showmax, and free Wi-Fi access.
Opening up onto a private garden with a large sliding door (as well as a Monkey/Mosquito Net Screen door) furnished with outdoor seating and a garden view. Guests have access to the communal swimming pool, and complex braai facilities, as well as a secure parking space within the complex.
The complex has 24-hour manned security and electric fencing, and it has direct access to the beach and promenade. It is situated within a short walking distance from coffee shops and restaurants.
The Room/studio can be serviced every 3-4 days and bedding can be changed every 7 days. If more frequent service is needed it can be requested at an extra cost.
