Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
This is a residential area so guests are kindly requested to respect the neighbours. Vehicle audio systems may not be used and no loud music is allowed during any given time. All music must be turned off before 10 PM.
Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.
A maximum of 2 small breed dogs are allowed by prior arrangement with the host. Dogs must be fully house-trained and are not allowed on the furniture or beds. A fee of R 150 per dog must be payable in cash on arrival. This payment can be retained for additional cleaning services if needed. Please don’t leave them alone when you go out - fortunately, Paternoster’s beaches, shops, pubs and restaurants are very dog-friendly.
Please leave the house in a clean, neat state and ensure that all towels, linen, blankets and remote controls are accounted for.
Your host will discuss/agree the check-out time with you on arrival. Kindly adhere to this as our cleaning team is scheduled for specific times and we cannot have delays as it will impact our other guests negatively.
