Splendor 1 is a luxury unit with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The single beds can be pushed together to form a large bed on request. There is a lounge area with a Smart TV with Netflix and DStv Compact. The unit also has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The unit has a bar fridge, microwave oven, coffee and tea-making facilities and cutlery. It is not a self-catering unit, but there are heating and dining facilities. Breakfast is usually served at a table in the unit. There is also a fire pit where guests can barbecue and the unit has a view of the pool. A treadmill is available for those who would like to exercise. There is also a large chess board with large chess pieces under a gazebo by the braai facilities.
