Big Beach House is a spacious beachfront retreat located in the exclusive Sandy Point Beach Estate of St. Helena Bay, ideal for large families or groups seeking a memorable seaside getaway. This double-storey holiday home offers generous accommodation with stunning ocean views and direct beach access.
The home accommodates up to 14 guests in its 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom upstairs features a queen-size bed with an open-plan bathroom fitted with a bath and shower, along with access to a private balcony that offers breathtaking ocean views. Two additional bedrooms on this level each have double beds and adjacent bathrooms — one with a shower, the other with a bath. These rooms share access to a patio. Downstairs, there are 3 separate bedrooms furnished with 2 single beds, a tri-bunk bed, and a queen-size bed. These guests share a large bathroom with a shower, while the open-plan lounge doubles as an additional bedroom or play area for children.
The expansive open-plan living area offers comfortable seating, a TV, a dining table, an indoor braai, a bar area, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, and coffee- and tea-making facilities. The scullery and laundry room provide convenience with 2 dishwashers and a washing machine. Outside, guests can enjoy the walled garden for privacy, the patios to relax and take in the sea views, ample parking space for multiple vehicles or a boat with washing facilities, and direct access to the beach via a dedicated path.
Big Beach House is located near local attractions, allowing guests to explore water sports, fishing charters, hiking trails, and nearby restaurants.
Please note that some of the rooms are currently undergoing redecoration to enhance your future stay. The garages are off-limits to guests.
