Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

All refuse is to be placed in the Green bin and put outside on the verge by 08:00 on a Monday morning which is the collection day in Voëlklip. The bin must then be brought back into the property once emptied.

No black bags must be put out as it attracts the baboons. All garbage must be inside the green bin. If full it can be taken to the depot next to OK Mini on 7th street.

Should you break anything, please let the host know immediately.

Please don’t take the bath towels to the beach – there are beach towels available.

The garden and pool service companies' cleaning schedule will be advised depending on the season.

Kindly remove the cushions of the outside patio chairs when it rains.

If you use the braai, please make sure there are no hot coals when you go to bed. The wind can pick up, and there are lots of flammable fynbos (vegetation) around.

Kindly keep noise levels to a reasonable level for our neighbours, especially at night after 10 pm.

Please no parties and no overnight visitors other than booked guests.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

CabinCare will provide information on the alarm system, remote buttons, and secure access to the property.

No pets are allowed on the property.
